Brown Rice

For someone like me who packs lunches to work, rice is mostly my go to. It can get boring with plain rice and stew so I tried brown rice.

Ingredients: Rice, Soy sauce, Spaghetti, Spring onions.

Heat up a pan with some oil, the quantity of oil will depend on the amount of rice you are going to cook. Slice up some onions and fry. Add some spaghetti and fry till they turn brown.

Add rice and fry for 10mins before adding water, soy sauce and seasoning.

Allow this to cook on medium heat. It took me close to two hours to get this well and evenly cooked because of the quantity.

Add some finely chopped spring onions for a touch of colour.

This will go well with my Green Sauce or my Veggies Sauce
