Veggies Sauce

A sauce full of veggies is my kind of sauce. Quick and easy to prepare but most importantly very healthy.

I tried a new recipe over the weekend which I would like to share. Sharing is caring, right?

Ingredients : Cauliflower Flat green beans Baby carrots Green, Red and yellow bell pepper Blended spices(ginger, garlic, onions, pepper) Tomato purée Soy sauce Tuna flakes Mackerel Seasoning

Heat up some olive oil in a pan, add in some sliced onions and chopped garlic and stir. Add in flat green beans and stir for about 7mins then add the cauliflower.

In another pan, heat up a little olive oil and add in blended spices( ginger, garlic, onions and pepper) and allow to simmer. Add tomato purée and stir for 10mins, then add about two tablespoons of soy sauce and seasoning of choice to taste. Allow this to cook for 5mins and then transfer into the pot with the veggies. Add in your mackerel and tuna flakes. Lastly, add in the diced green, red and yellow peppers.

This will go well with rice, spaghetti or even boiled yams. Give this recipe a try and tweak it to your preference. Enjoy!
