
Hot sauce, hot damn! I am all about the spicy life. Here is a simple chilli pepper recipe for you to try.
Ingredients: Red fresh chilli peppers, onions, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, seasoning.

Put nicely washed chilli peppers in a pot and bring to a boil. Boil for an hour and strain off the water. Allow it to cool off, then blend.

Blend onions, ginger and garlic. Fry blended mixture in a pot of vegetable oil. Add blended chilli pepper.

Add in your seasoning and allow to simmer for an hour and half. Frequently stir to avoid a burnt bottom.

Allow your sauce to cool off and transfer into a storage container. My favourite part is how to consume your hot 🥵 sauce. You can have this with yam fries, you can also use it as the base for tomato sauce. I also tried hot sauce rice (hot spicy jollof), thus adding some rice to the hot sauce and bringing it all to a boil.
