Crunchy and sweet is the peanut snack bar, locally called “nkate cake”. Just two ingredients is all you need; roasted peanuts and caramelised sugar.
My childhood would not have been the same without this snack right here. I remember making it to sell in class. It was fun and pretty easy to make too.
